YourCarInEurope provides car import and MT plate (Matrícula Turística) registration services exclusively for non-EU residents. Our services include:

• Sourcing and purchasing vehicles from European dealers
• Vehicle transport and logistics coordination
• Import documentation and customs clearance
• MT plate registration in Andorra
• Optional storage and maintenance services

2. Eligibility Requirements

Our MT plate registration services are available exclusively to individuals who:

• Are not residents of any European Union member state
• Can provide valid proof of residency outside the EU
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional documentation to confirm your non-EU residency status.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website include:

• Vehicle purchase price
• Transport from the dealer to Andorra
• Import taxes and duties
• MT plate registration fees
• Our service fee

Prices do not include:

• Annual vehicle insurance (mandatory, arranged separately)
• Optional extended warranties
• Optional storage services
• Your travel expenses to Andorra for registration

Vehicle prices are sourced from third-party dealers and are subject to change without notice. A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle, with the balance due before registration.

4. Registration Process

MT plate registration requires your physical presence in Andorra for approximately one day. This is a legal requirement that cannot be waived. We will:

• Coordinate the timing of your visit
• Prepare all necessary documentation in advance
• Accompany you through the registration process
• Handle all interactions with local authorities

5. Vehicle Information

Vehicle listings on our website are sourced from third-party dealers and marketplaces. While we strive to display accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all details including specifications, mileage, condition, or availability.

All vehicles undergo inspection before delivery. Any material discrepancies from the listing will be communicated to you before finalizing the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The YourCarInEurope website, including all content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property, belongs to Brava A&M Solutions SL. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brava A&M Solutions SL shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by customs authorities, government agencies, or third parties
• Changes in import regulations or tax rates
• Vehicle availability or price changes by third-party dealers
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Deposits are refundable if you cancel before we initiate the vehicle purchase. Once a vehicle has been purchased on your behalf, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your service agreement.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
